A New Addition Arrives After pleading for a long time, I finallyp caught Bob on vacation when he was relaxed and not willing to say "No Way" I found an add for my dream dog I had been looking to find for years. There was one runt of a litter available. She was the last one to be homed and she was on 'special' so we decided to drive many miles out of our way to find her. Intending to just look on our way home we stopped by, but you guessed it...we fell in love...well not exactly. She was 3 months old kind of gangly, shy, and she looked like an old man. We did get to see her mom (a rust colored golden retriever) and papa (a curly black standard poodle), but until we got down and looked her in the eye we were unsure, but then we knew. She was our answer to that longing for another travel companio n. Bob is an avid walker and I am not. It would give me company during the day and make a good pal to go exploring.
